Terms & Conditions
Last updated
These terms cover this website only. Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that work, and nothing here changes it.
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by ILLUSIONART AI PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as illusionart, whose registered office is at A-2304, Hill Crest, House of Hiranandani, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068, India (“we”, “us”). Corporate Identity Number U58200KA2025PTC210720; GSTIN 29AAICI5098R1ZF.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. What this site is
It describes what we build and who we build it for. Everything on it is provided for general information.
Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to deliver, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first. Figures, timelines and outcomes describe work we have done; they are illustrations, not promises about what your project will cost or achieve.
3. Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site or the enquiry form for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive;
- send unsolicited commercial messages, or use the form to relay content to anyone else;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or anything connected to it;
- probe or load-test the site, or use automated means to submit the form, scrape it at volume, or degrade it for others;
- copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site’s content or code without our written permission.
We rate-limit the enquiry form and may block access that breaks these rules, without notice.
4. Sending us a message
When you use the enquiry form, you confirm the email address is yours, or that you are authorised to use it.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this form. It is ordinary email, not a secure channel, and nothing sent through it is covered by an NDA unless we have already signed one with you. If you need to share something sensitive, say so and we will agree a channel first.
If you send us an idea, a suggestion or feedback that is not confidential, we may use it without owing you anything for it. That is not a claim over your project or your material — it is so that a general suggestion about our own work does not create an obligation neither of us intended.
How we handle what you send is set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, imagery, and code are ours or our licensors’, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Client names and marks that appear are the property of their owners and are used to identify work, not to imply endorsement of anything else.
You may read, link to, and quote reasonably from the site with attribution. Anything beyond that needs our permission.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site up, current and correct, but we do not guarantee any of those things. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to INR 10,000.
These limits apply to the website. Liability for work we deliver under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.
9. If you are a consumer
If you use this site as a consumer rather than for business purposes, you keep every right the law of your country of residence gives you. Sections 7 and 8 apply only so far as that law permits, and nothing here removes a mandatory consumer protection.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date it last changed is shown at the top.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in your own country where the law there gives you that right.
